Northumberland St (Edinburgh Town House)

Following a referral from a previous client, EPM were appointed to provide our full service from the inception of the project of this main door four-storey townhouse. We appointed the full team of Architects, Structural Engineers and contractors. As usual, once the Architect supplied the drawings, EPM took full control and managed with occasional queries to the architect as required.

We replaced the roof, replaced all windows and new insulated slab and underfloor heating in the basement. The basement was to be a small self-contained flat so we extended out into the garden with a small kitchen. The client requested a new cupola over the stair, so we formed the cupola in the attic and used some LED lighting to create the impression of a Georgian glazed cupola.

The final result was a stunning seven-bedroom home.
