Manor Place Edinburgh

This four-storey Georgian terrace served as the Head Offices of several smaller businesses and start-ups owned by a single parent group. EPM were asked to renovated the entire building while retaining partial use for the client throughout.

The specification for the complete renovation included a gym, staff showers, changing room, and bicycle storage facilities. The works involved a new flat roof installation and new windows / double glazing throughout.
