Belgrave Crescent (Double Upper New Town Flat) - Edinburgh

This was two stories of an original Victorian five story townhouse and totalled 300 square meters. This required alterations to the layout to provide four bedrooms, four-bathroom accommodation with two other large public rooms. EPM liaised with the neighbours to complete renovation of the internal shared staircase and vestibule to complete this project.
