Oxford Terrace - Georgian 3 Storey flat

This two-storey ground and basement flat, with garden, was a fairly straight forward renovation for EPM. We didn’t replace windows or roof, this was mainly interior renovations works including new kitchen and bathrooms. Every surface within the flat was addressed.

Alan had noticed that the street sloped at the point of the building and checked the neighbour’s basement which was much larger. This sparked further investigative work which discovered an additional 50 square meters of floor space that could be brought into use.

EPM arranged some minor digging, waterproof tanking and ventilation provided the client with a home cinema, wine cellar and utility room that they wouldn’t have otherwise had.
