Pitcairlie (Period Country House)

This detached Georgian villa was in a very sorry state of neglect and required a complete ‘back to bones’ renovation. This included extensive roof works, new windows throughout, full re-wire of electrics, comprehensive re-plumbing and installation of new heating system. We also undertook internal layout alterations to form an open plan kitchen, living, and dining space.

EPM managed this project from start to finish, from selection of architect, achieving planning permission, Listed Building Consent and Building Warrants though to Completion Certificate.
