Free Assessment
To discuss if EPM can meet your project needs and timescales, please reach out and contact us with details. We can review if our schedule aligns and can be in touch to meet at the property — even before you’ve bought it — and give an honest picture of the potential and cost. At this stage we can provide an indicative budget cost for your project.

Team Assembly
We will work with you to consider the right professional team for your project, such as architects and structural engineers. These will be recommended in line with the scope and nature of your project. If you already have professionals involved, we are happy to work with them and fill gaps where necessary.

Consents & Warrants
We will oversee all planning applications, building warrants, change of use applications and listed building consents. With over 20 years’ experience, we specialise in working with listed buildings and within conservation areas. Our clients’ aspirations can sometimes require a very specific approach in navigating the regulations to deliver their vision.
Once we have drawings and fully understand the size of the project, a detailed budget will be presented for approval.

Construction
With contractors appointed and a budget agreed, we can begin work on site. We oversee every aspect of the programme, manage costs and communicate progress with you throughout the works.

Completion
As the project nears a close, we oversee snagging, agree the final account, work to obtain your Completion Certificate to ensure your project is finished to the highest standard
