Albany Street - (Georgian Townhouse) - Edinburgh

The owners had already appointed an architect and had their plans approved by Planning. EPM took on the Project Management from the Architect at Consent stage.

We brought in the Structural Engineer, the owners plans included the installation of a passenger lift as well as some significant layout changes.

Major roof overhaul was completed and all windows were replaced with slimline double-glazed units. The entire basement floor was removed and replaced with an insulated concrete slab and underfloor heating.

EPM managed the garden landscaping and took on a VAT reclaim due to the change of use from commercial to residential allowing for all permanent fixtures and works to be undertaken with 5% VAT.
